Everything you need to know about shipping, payments, returns, and refunds.

Domestic Orders

We provide free shipping within India. Certain logistic partners may request an ID proof while delivering the shipment. When the original recipient is not available and the shipment value is high, the delivery agent may request ID proof from whomever is collecting the shipment at the mentioned address on behalf of the customer. This is to ensure correct and safe delivery of the product.

International Orders

In case of orders which are to be shipped outside India, customers have to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.

Our domestic logistic partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery & Ecom Express

Our international logistic partners: UPS, Fedex, etc.

Domestic Delivery
Products are delivered within 5–7 working days in India from the day of order confirmation, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority.

Express Delivery

  • Available for select pincodes in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bangalore
  • Next day delivery if order placed by 2 PM
  • Orders after 2 PM: T+2 days delivery
  • Not applicable for international orders

International Delivery
Products are delivered within 7–21 working days outside India from the day of order confirmation.

  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhar Card

Domestic Orders
Payments can be made through:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • International Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery

Payments accepted only in INR for domestic orders.

International Orders
Payments accepted using international credit/debit cards only. Currency conversion rates apply according to prevailing exchange rates.

Accepted Cards
We accept: Visa | MasterCard | AMEX | Diners | JCB

Cancellation by Customer
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is packed for the provided destination. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the refund process to your account via the same payment mode used for the transaction.

Cancellation by Rock Paper Scissor
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Quantity limitations
  • Pricing errors
  • Product information errors
  • Fraud prevention

We will notify you if your order has been cancelled or if additional information is required.

Note:
If amount was deducted but transaction failed, we will refund the amount at the earliest.

Domestic Orders
You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for collection through our logistic partner.

International Orders
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except for defective products. You must report the defect within 7 days by calling us at 9885333837 or emailing rpsgs00@gmail.com.

Return Requirements:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Invoice must be included

Domestic Orders

  • Eligible for 100% refund subject to quality check
  • Online payments: Refund within 7–15 working days after product receipt and quality check
  • COD orders: Refund after product reaches warehouse and clears quality check

International Orders
Refunds provided only under these circumstances:

  • Defective products: Full refund after QA inspection (shipping costs not charged)
  • Delivery failure: Refund minus all incurred costs (shipment, customs, etc.)

The product must be in:

  • Unused condition
  • Original packaging
  • With original tags
  • With invoice
